Shipping:
We use USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx to ship your orders depending on the weight of the item or items. We can ship your item
out within 2-5 business days of receiving your order if in stock. If out of stock, we will e-mail you and let you know when it is
available for delivery. We don't deliver on Holidays and FedEx doesn't deliver on Weekends.
If you exchange an item in a free shipment
order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the new item(s).
For overseas orders, e-mail us on the item or items you would like to purchase and we will e-mail you back with the rate for
shipping the item or items. We don't ship to Africa.
We do accepted Paypal and Google Checkout for payment. we also accept money orders or checks. If you pay with a check, it will make your shipment longer due to
processing. You can make check and money orders out to Smooter's Palace Inc. 31 Mary Ann Circle, Cabot, AR 72023.
Returns:
We have a 30 days return policy. Items must be in the same condition as received when delivered for a refund. Pet Food can only be returned if unopened. The shipping and sales tax in Arkansas is not refundable
If an item is damage or defective you must notify us within 7 days to return or replace the item. If it is damaged by UPS, you
must retain the box for UPS investigation and we will instruct you on what to do next.
If there is a mistake or error on your order, let us know immediately and we will correct it as soon as possible.
When returning a damage or mistake item to Love That Pet Store, use U.S. Postal Service or UPS with insured delivery to know
your merchandise is returned properly to Love That Pet Store and we will refund your shipping cost. |
